Ramadan Fit Fasting Tip: The body only has the ability to absorb and use 8-10 ounces of water every 20 minutes. Don't drink a gallon at Sahur or Iftar. Keep a water bottle with you when you go to Tawarih and drink throughout the night. You body will absorb more water instead of just filtering it through.
